FAQs & Return/Exchange Policy
- When will my order ship? Most In Stock Items ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. Pre-Order Items ship within 10-15 business days (often times sooner) unless stated otherwise within the product listing. Our cutoff for shipping Monday through Friday is 2-3pm EST.
- Do you ship Worldwide? Yes. Deliveries outside the United States may also incur Customs Fees which we are not responsible for.
- My tracking number is not showing any tracking info? There are times you will be emailed a tracking number after we have processed your order for shipment and not see any tracking info. This is because it was either processed after USPS has already picked up our shipments for the day or it's a pre-order item. If you don't see any tracking info for your shipment we recommend checking again in 24-48 hours.
- My tracking number shows my package was delivered but i didn't receive it. What should i do? In the rare event this happens, we recommend you first ask your neighbors and your local mailman or post office if they have seen your package. Most times shipments are found this way. If that turns up nothing we recommend contacting USPS with your tracking number and explaining what has happened. Ultimately if your tracking number shows as delivered we are not held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
- What Material Are Your Shirts Made Of? All our designs are printed on American Apparel or Bella Canvas blanks unless specified otherwise. Our Shirts are a Very High Quality, SUPER Soft 100% Combed Ring Spun Cotton. Our Hoodies are also a Very High Quality, Ringspun Cotton/Polyester Mix.
- Do you offer exchanges or returns? We proudly stand behind all the products we sell. In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a refund and or exchange minus shipping charges. When concerning apparel, please send item(s) back as they were received meaning, brand new, unwashed/unworn, free of any deodorant, pet hair, perfumes/colognes and cigarette smoke.
*Any orders of 2 or more pieces of apparel may not be returned so If you are unsure of the fit of our tees we highly recommend purchasing a single tee first. Limited Editions are printed to order and cannot be exchanged or returned. You also may not exchange for a design that was released after your purchase was made.
Customer is liable for incurring shipping charges and will be sent a Paypal Invoice for amount due. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and free of pet hair and cigarette smoke. We will not accept returns of items that have been used and or or washed.

Sorry, we do not offer returns on any Limited Edition releases, Posters or Autographed Items.
- Can I order multiples of any design? You may order no more than 3 of any same size of any of our designs as well as no more than 3 of each accessory. Some Limited releases maybe a limit of 2.
